How to Use:

   - Add 1 scoop (32g) of whey protein concentrate to 180-200 ml of milk, water, or your favourite beverage.

   - Mix in a shaker cup for 25-30 seconds until fully blended.

   - Adjust the liquid quantity to achieve your preferred taste and consistency.

When to use: 

You can have your protein dosage in the morning, before or after exercise, between meals, with a meal, or any time of the day, when you need a protein boost to your balanced diet.
