EXCHANGE & RETURN
RETURNS
HUD accepts returns of
products purchased directly from HUD via the Site only if all of the following
conditions are met:
- HUD must receive the items within 30 days of purchase; refunds will not be permitted after this time frame.
- You must enter your purchase order number, which you received while placing your transaction on the website.
- Dietary supplements and consumables: Dietary supplements and other consumable products may only be returned if they were purchased through hud-eg.com or Consumer Affairs and at least 75% of the product remains unused.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
