INGREDIENTS
* 1 large banana
* 180 gm Low fat Greek yogurt
* 1 scoop HUD Lotus Whey Protein
* ⅓ cup Almond milk
* 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Topping:
* Mixed Nuts
DIRECTIONS
- Combine Whey protein and yogurt in a blender
- Next, add your milk and mix well to combine
- Add Banana slices, Mix again
- Add Peanut butter, Mix and voila!
- Put it in the freezer for a couple of hours
- Once you get it out, top with Cashews & Almonds
